This week we learned about the life cycle of the invention and project income if it is ready for use, and the copyright and patent registration of the projects we are working on.
Invention
An invention is a unique or novel device, method, composition or process. The invention process is a process within an overall engineering and product development process. It may be an improvement upon a machine or product or a new process for creating an object or a result. An invention that achieves a completely unique function or result may be a radical breakthrough. Such works are novel and not obvious to others skilled in the same field. An inventor may be taking a big step toward success or failure.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property refers to creations of the mind: inventions; literary and artistic works; and symbols, names and images used in commerce. Intellectual property is divided into two categories: Industrial Property includes patents for inventions, trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications.
Six standard Creative Commons licences
These elements are mixed and matched to create the six standard CC licences. The table below lists these licences and the different conditions which attach to each.
A patent legally protects the intellectual property rights of the inventor and legally recognizes that a claimed invention is actually an invention. The rules and requirements for patenting an invention vary by country and the process of obtaining a patent is often expensive.
Income
Income is money (or some equivalent value) that an individual or business receives, usually in exchange for providing a good or service or through investing capital. Income is used to fund day-to-day expenditures. Investments, pensions, and Social Security are primary sources of income for retirees.
Since my project is in progress and development, I don’t know if I wanted to market it or not. The important thing is that I gain skills by working on it.
It's time to create my project, and there's little time to do many things including documenting the process. In the past months, I have done some simple tests and tried to figure out how to use design software and work on it, the drivers to use, how to interact and how to integrate electronics. I will start designing the shape, then do the design of the internal structure and then do the design of the electronic board. To achieve all of these things in a short time, time management is essential. I cannot work with a narrow schedule to accomplish this task but I have a clear understanding of the various procedures that need to be taken.
The project will be an open source project.
Open source means that it is available without restrictions of intellectual property is a more and more important way to share your ideas and also to receive feedback and implementation from others. By sharing my work, I will be registered in a larger community that will help develop the product for the better.

A Creative Commons non-commercial license (CC NC or CC BY-NC or NC) is a Creative Commons license that a copyright holder can apply to their media to grant general permission for anyone to reuse this media only for non-commercial activities.
I will develop the product after trying it to the best, that the target group of this project are owners of pet cats, and also one of the features that I want to add is a camera attached to a server on the Internet so that the pet can be monitored, and I think this will be liked by the customer, and I will also make many adjustments to the design External, in order to make the external appearance elegant and beautiful so that it does not affect the use of the project.
For the sake of the cost of manufacture, it does not exceed the cost of 50 dollars, if I want to make a production line for this project, of course, the cost will be reduced because I will buy the raw materials in the quantity and manufacture them, so and with other factors, the cost of the product will be less than 50 dollars.
For the amount of profit that I will gain, I do not know, but according to my expectations, if the cost of the machine was 40 dollars and it produced 100 of it, then my total revenue will be 4000 dollars, and after deducting the full expenses, I expect that my profit will be 6000 dollars after selling 100 machines (Pet Peeder).
